If you bring your camera into your encoder (e.g. Broadcaster Pro), there is a possibility it may appear split or distorted, such as the example shown below.
To avoid this, confirm the resolution and frame rate that your camera is outputting in your camera's settings. Then make sure your capture device or encoder resolution and frame rate are identical to the camera's settings.
This issue occurs most commonly with Broadcaster products. To avoid this, navigate to Menu > Video Input > HDMI Format and select the exact video format coming from your camera rather than choosing Auto.
