Premium and Enterprise customers can embed their events onto their websites and social media feeds. This embed can include other posts as well as the Livestream chat from that event.
In order for this feature to work, you must make sure that Livestream branding is turned on or guest chat is enabled.
When you grab the embed code for your event, go to More Options and make sure Enable event info and activity is toggled on. This is the default setting.
After placing the embed code onto your website, go live to your event. In the upper right corner, click the speech bubble icon.
The chat will open on the right side, allowing any viewers with a Livestream account to participate.
To have the chat box appear without overlaying the player, your embed size must be 769x434 or bigger.
Viewers can close the chat by clicking the X icon in the upper right corner.
