My Studio PIN Has Expired. What Do I Do?

Your Studio PIN allows you to speak with our Customer Care team via phone seven days a week, 9:30 AM-8:30 PM EST. Studio PINs are valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase of the Studio software or hardware unit.

 

If you would like to renew your Studio PIN, or you believe that it has expired less than a year after purchase, please contact us and provide your product's serial number. PIN renewals are available for $499 for an additional year of phone support.

 

If you believe that your Studio support PIN has expired less than a year after purchase, please also attach a receipt or invoice from your purchase for our team to investigate.

 

Please note that renewing your Studio PIN does not extend Studio's one (1) year warranty. Learn more about Studio's warranty here.
