How Do I Purchase a Subscription?

You can try out all of Livestream features when you sign up for a 30-day free trial. After 30 days, you will need to purchase a plan to continue using your Livestream account.

To purchase a plan, either select Upgrade from any of your event pages, or go to the Plans tab in your account settings.

Select Sign Up to upgrade to Basic or Premium, or Request Demo to speak with a specialist regarding upgrading to Enterprise. The Enterprise plan requires custom pricing depending on each use-case.

If you selected Basic or Premium, a form will appear allowing you to choose your payment cycle (monthly or annually) and method (credit card or PayPal).

This only applies to customers upgrading from a free trial. If you are upgrading from one paid plan to another (e.g. Basic to Premium), your previously selected payment method will be used.

Credit Card

Credit Card is selected by default. Choose whether you wish to be billed yearly or month-to-month, then fill out the form below with your billing address and credit card information. When finished, click Subscribe. Your plan will be activated immediately upon payment.

You will be prompted to answer a few questions. After doing so, click Done and your purchase will be complete.

PayPal

If you prefer to use a PayPal account for payment, select your billing frequency (yearly or month-to-month) and then select the PayPal tab under Payment Type. Fill in your information, then click Subscribe with PayPal.

You will be redirected to PayPal’s website. Log into your PayPal account or create a new one. Then select your payment method from PayPal, then select Continue.

You will see an order summary. Click Agree and Continue to complete the purchase.

You will be prompted to answer a few questions. After doing so, click Done and your purchase will be complete.

If you selected Enterprise, please provide your best contact information in the form that pops up. A specialist will reach out to you as soon as possible to get you started.
