Blackmagic Design drivers are required in order for Livestream Studio and Livestream Producer software to recognize your video inputs. It also allows for editing softwares (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.) to recognize your recordings made by Livestream Studio. If you currently have an older version. please be sure to firstly uninstall this version and then install 10.4.2 after your system reboots.

Uninstall Blackmagic Design Drivers - Windows
Go to your system's Control Panel, then enter the 'Uninstall a program' menu.
Find Blackmagic Design Desktop Video in the menu. Right-click it, then click 'Uninstall.'
Follow the on-screen prompts, which will notify you that you must restart your computer for the uninstall to take effect.
After you restart your computer, the uninstallation will be complete.

Find the 'DesktopVideo_.dmg' file in your Finder. These are typically saved in your Downloads folder. Open the .dmg file and double-click 'Uninstall Desktop Video.'
You will need to confirm that you want to uninstall Blackmagic Design drivers. Click 'Yes.'
Uninstallation is now complete.

**IMPORTANT** At this time, we recommend that Livestream users download Desktop Video version 10.4.2. Our team's testing revealed issues with versions after 10.2.2 and before 10.4.1.
Go to http://www.blackmagicdesign.com/support and select 'Capture and Playback'
Scroll down and you will find the latest versions of Desktop Video. Click either Mac or Windows, depending on your system.
You will be prompted to register. This step is optional. You may skip it by clicking 'Download Only' in the bottom left corner.
When the download is complete, click the folder to start the installation process. 
Follow the on-screen steps, then restart your computer.
