I'm Not Able to Log In to My Account

Most login issues are related to the wrong password being entered. If you forgot your password, click 'Forgot password?' at the bottom of the login window and enter your email address to receive a password reset email for that account.

It can take a few minutes for the email to appear in your inbox.


Before submitting the form again, we recommend waiting for confirmation in your email, searching your inbox for 'notifications@e.livestream.com,' and checking your spam folder.

Note for GMail Users: Check your 'Social' inbox, rather than your Primary inbox. Emails from Livestream tend to be filtered there automatically.


After clicking 'Reset your password,' you will be redirected to a new page where you will be able to enter a new password. When choosing your password, please refrain from using special characters. 

Once you click 'Save Changes,' you will be logged into your account.


Did you not receive an email? Try whitelisting notifications@e.livestream.com in your email settings. Each email client will do this differently.

    I wasn't receiving the vitrification email, which has to be redirected from our USA based @bgemc.org email. It can take several hours to redirect but no emails came in for over 24 hours. So I couldn't log at all with my PC, let alone to change the password.
    After prayer I thought to try using my Android cell phone and the Livestream app. Just to be sure I turned off the wifi and was then able to log in to Livestream using the identity of my cell phone. Once logged on I changed the password and logged out.
    The new password enabled me to login using my PC without being asked for further verification. Phew, problem solved. What a blessing.
