Stuck in demo mode after logging into Livestream Studio

If you log into a Vimeo or Livestream account when launching Studio and end up stuck in Demo mode, this can be due to either logging into an unpaid Livestream account, or a Vimeo.com account that doesn't have at least an Advanced or Premium plan on Vimeo. 

 

To correct this, try following the steps below:

  1. 1. Open your primary browser and clear the cache and cookies.
  2. 2. In Livestream Studio, click the settings (gear wheel) button in the upper right corner.
  3. 3. Navigate to the My Account tab, and log out of Studio.
  4. 4. You will see the login prompt again. Be sure to log into the account that has a Studio license included (Advanced, Premium, or Enterprise on Vimeo, or any paying account on Livestream).
