If you log into a Vimeo or Livestream account when launching Studio and end up stuck in Demo mode, this can be due to either logging into an unpaid Livestream account, or a Vimeo.com account that doesn't have at least an Advanced or Premium plan on Vimeo.
To correct this, try following the steps below:
- 1. Open your primary browser and clear the cache and cookies.
- 2. In Livestream Studio, click the settings (gear wheel) button in the upper right corner.
- 3. Navigate to the My Account tab, and log out of Studio.
- 4. You will see the login prompt again. Be sure to log into the account that has a Studio license included (Advanced, Premium, or Enterprise on Vimeo, or any paying account on Livestream).
