Unable to Pair Broadcaster mini to Account

There are a number of troubleshooting steps to take if you keep receiving an error message when attempting to pair your Broadcaster mini to your account.

  • Check Bluetooth. Make sure it's turned on and working properly. If possible, try testing a Bluetooth connection with another Bluetooth device (e.g. a speaker).
  • Try a different Wi-Fi network. There could be an issue with the one you are attempting to connect to, whether it be a weak connection or too many other devices using it. You should try this step at least for testing purposes.
  • When in doubt, perform a factory reset, and try the above steps again.
