The Livestream mobile app for iPhone and iPad can integrate with GoPro cameras (Hero 3 and Hero 4 models only), allowing you to stream from your GoPro to your Livestream event page.
This feature is only available with iOS devices.
GoPro Session models and GoPro Hero 5 and higher use a different protocol and therefore are not currently supported with this feature.
First, ensure the GoPro is turned on and its Wi-Fi is enabled.
Next, connect your iOS device to your GoPro's built-in Wi-Fi (Settings > Wi-Fi > connect to your GoPro).
If this is your first time using the GoPro's Wi-Fi hotspot, you may need to first configure it via the GoPro app.
Once your iOS device is connected to the GoPro Wi-Fi, launch the Livestream mobile app and tap the camera icon in the upper right corner to open the camera.
Tap the Switch Camera icon. Tap GoPro Hero.
Select your GoPro and the app will switch the camera source. Press Go Live when you want to start streaming to your event. You must be connected to 4G/LTE in order to stream your GoPro.
