When you upload a video file, Livestream transcodes the video in multiple bitrates. When viewers watch the player detects the viewer's bandwidth in real-time and chooses the optimal bitrate automatically.
Your video file will be transcoded into the following resolutions:
- 272p
- 432p
- 480p
- 720p
We currently do not transcode uploaded clips into 1080p, regardless of the original file's resolution.
