Please note that Livestream Platform is no longer supporting the Facebook integration.
We recommend that you use a custom RTMP simulcast destination to Facebook, which will allow you to stream to another provider simultaneously.
If you have enabled streaming to Facebook and also added YouTube or Custom Destinations, you may have noticed that it is not possible to enable both at the same time.
At this time, customers must choose to either simulcast to Facebook destinations only or simulcast to other destinations (up to five).
If you wish to stream to Facebook alongside other destinations, consider using Livestream Studio as your encoder.
