We recommend having the email you use to create and log in to your Livestream account be an email address that is actively used and monitored. We send any desired notifications, customer care, and billing communications to this email address.
If you need to change it, first log in to your account. You can still use the email address to log in even if it is no longer owned by anyone or has been decommissioned.
Navigate to Settings by clicking your profile image in the upper right corner.
Under the Account menu, you will find the email address field. Simply type in a new email address, scroll down, and click Save.
