Streaming from the original version of the Livestream Broadcaster is no longer supported. Please contact support with any questions.
Should you experience difficulties that are not fixed by power cycling your Broadcaster Pro or Broadcaster mini, we suggest resetting the unit.
To Reset The Broadcaster:
- Locate the reset button (small, pin-sized hold on the back or side of the device).
- Take a pin or paperclip and press and hold the button until you see the indicator lights blink (about 15 seconds). Broadcaster mini users should wait until all LED lights start flashing amber and red.
- Release your hold on the button, at which time you'll see the Broadcaster reset itself. You will need to pair it to your account again.
