Does the API Offer a Way to Automatically Update Drupal, Wordpress, or Other CMS's?

The API can either create events to be triggered by your CMS or you could have your CMS call the API to retrieve past/upcoming Livestream events. Check the Events section in our API documentation for more information and example responses.
